At Sports Jersey House, every jersey is made to order and shipped internationally. We work with manufacturing and logistics partners to prepare and deliver your order as efficiently as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
All jerseys are made to order. Once your order is successfully placed, it is sent for production.

Processing and production time: 5–7 business days.

Once production is completed, your order is handed over to our shipping partner for delivery.

Processing times may occasionally take longer during periods of high order volume or seasonal demand.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your destination and shipping carrier.

United States & Canada: 15–35 business days after dispatch.

Other international destinations: 20–40 business days after dispatch.
These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays can occasionally occur due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link, where available.
Tracking information may take several business days to become active after the package has been handed to the carrier.
You can use the tracking information provided to check the progress of your shipment.
4. Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges depending on the destination country.
Where applicable, these charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Sports Jersey House is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or non-delivery resulting from:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses;

Missing apartment, unit, or building information; or

Other inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.
If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or been dispatched.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, order details, and available shipping options.
From time to time, Sports Jersey House may offer free shipping, discounted shipping, or other shipping promotions.
Any applicable shipping promotion will be subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
7. Delivery Confirmation & Non-Receipt Claims
Once a shipping carrier marks an order as Delivered to the address provided at checkout, we may request additional information before considering a non-receipt claim.
If you believe your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly so we can review the tracking information and assist where possible.
We reserve the right to investigate delivery disputes and may request information from the shipping carrier before issuing any refund or replacement.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or returned to the sender, please contact us at info@sportsjerseyhouse.com.
We will review the tracking information and work with the relevant shipping provider where appropriate.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or another issue caused by the customer.
